Binding Corporate Rules for ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Within international organisations or multinationals, personal data are regularly transmitted between branches in different countries. ABN AMRO has drawn up internal policy to cover this subject. These internal policy rules are based on the European Data Protection Directive and are known as the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) (PDF 188 KB).
